Payment Terms for Custom Orders

Payment Structure

Payments for custom garments are divided into three stages:

  1. FIRST PAYMENT (DEPOSIT):  Reserves your place in the designer’s schedule, covers sketch/illustrations creation, along with any additional visual materials reflecting the design vision; and fabric sourcing.
  2. SECOND PAYMENT: Covers pattern-making based on Clients measurments, test creation (if needed), fabric procurement, and garment production.
  3. FINAL PAYMENT: Covers the final garment’s completion and delivery.

Note: The second stage involves the most work and costs. Flexible payment schedules can be arranged if the production timeline allows.

Care Guide

  • Always use a reputable dry cleaner for cleaning and stain removal. Never wash your garment in a washing machine.
  • For frequent wear, avoid wearing your garment directly against the skin without undergarments, as this can speed up wear and cause soiling. Allow any lotions, oils, or SPF to fully absorb before wearing your garment.
  • If stains occur, treat them promptly and take the garment to a dry cleaner for best results.
  • Corseted garments feature double layers; improper cleaning may cause fabric warping or bubbles.
  • To store your garment and accessories, keep them in a cool, dry place, as damp conditions can damage materials.
